Our CASP service is a superior service and commercially advantageous to that provided by Commvault directly, whereby Harbor take ownership of the support contract and its delivery for our customers.  

Customers have access to all the latest software updates, revision levels and rapid escalation into Commvault, as they would have with a direct agreement, but with the added benefits highlighted below.
