Why Zerto for Disaster Recovery?
Zerto provides Continuous Data Protection (CDP) allowing customers to recover applications by restoring to any point in time with fine granularity. This always-on replication enables extremely low Recovery Point (RPO) and Recovery Time (RTO) Objectives, often exceeding business requirements.
Every change is written into a journal with a granularity of seconds, allowing customers to rewind to a point in time immediately before an incident. This level of recovery is excellent for protecting against security incidents like ransomware.
Zerto provides flexibility by allowing recovery of entire applications or just a single file.
DR testing is traditionally something that causes difficulty, it can be time consuming, has to be done out of hours and can be stressful for IT staff.
